The furniture is very simple and very expensive. The pieces are easily damaged. I am not happy with this product. I spent a lot of money and it is not durable. The drawer handles are very thin and the drawer breaks when you open it. I hope you give me some credit for what I invested. It is not good.

Poor experience with Wayfair Received boxes with missing parts, then a duplicate item instead of the correct one. Bulky, heavy, and ultimately returned. Avoid. Custom closet solution would be better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Bestar Modular Closet System was a great solution for my home. I needed to add more storage to a room that I use as an office, while also maintaining a clean/sleek background for virtual meetings. I’m happy to say this works perfectly. This is a big unit. The components arrived in 8 boxes and assembly was completed over several days. I estimate it took about 20 hours to fully install solo (would go faster with multiple people). Pros: — The panels and screws are labeled, which helps facilitate assembly and ease of following instructions. —It is huge! Shelves are 23” deep (drawers are 16”) and provides so much space for storage of clothing and items of all kinds —Self leveling feet allow the cabinet to sit level regardless of the flooring, which really made it easy to ensure this works well in any space. — There is a wall adjuster at the top of each cabinet to accommodate any baseboards at the bottom. I wasn’t expecting this feature and it helps this system look like a professional install. — The unit attaches to the wall for additional stability and safety. — The drawers have a bottom support beam in the center adding to the structural strength of each drawer. —The “windows” are frosted, which provides privacy for items inside as well as a sleek look outside. Cons: — Boxes could use extra corner/edge protectors to protect the pieces. The front of the components are protected but the edge guards are only on the one side. A couple pieces had minor cosmetic chips/dings. This was not a big deal because they are hidden and can be touched up. — Hardware for the doors are simple and you need to take some extra time to manually adjust them so all the lines are straight across. Overall, I am very happy with the way this Modular System turned out and the function it gives to an extra bedroom turned home office.
