This file box is well made. It feels sturdy and durable and the wheels roll easily. It was listed as “assembly required” but you just need to attach the casters. Even though the holes for the casters are predrilled, I still needed to use a drill. Someone with stronger hands may be able to attach the casters with just a screwdriver. It is the perfect width for a standard letter size hanging file (Pendaflex style). The hanging files don’t slide easily on the wood. It was a good purchase and worth the cost.

This filing box is high quality construction. Just one little gripe - on the casters that have the ability to lock (2 of 4), the lever doesn't move smoothly into place to lock. So far I haven't been able to move them at all.

This is an ideal little file box! Living in a small space, I was looking for a file cabinet to fit beneath a craft table. This is just what I wanted. Very attractive, nicely constructed. (Only one negative point, and it's very minor: Hanging folders don't slide as easily on wood tracks as they would on metal or plastic, but that isn't a problem if you're only filing a few times per month.) The file box rolls out easily from underneath the table when I need to access it. The top is sturdy and can easily support an additional lightweight item. Great value and very practical!
