We purchased this in Oct of last year and loved it for the first couple months. It seemed as if every other month it went on vacation. Working even it felt like it. We babied this iron. Made sure we cleaned it monthly, used purified water and can actually say it was never dropped. Guess that wasn't good enough as it still leaked and last week stopped heating.

I bought this 6 months ago and used it twice. Now it doesn't heat up at all.

We bought this originally had about a year or so ago and stopped working about 3 days in. We returned it to store and were given a replacement, lasted about a year and stopped heating up today. Light shows it is on but no heat

I bought this iron about 2 months ago and plugged it in today and it shows it is on, but will not heat up. Nothing but troubles with it. This is an absolutely terrible product. I was hoping to invest in a good company that is dependable, but have got none of that out of this product. Extremely angry customer. Will not recommend to anyone.

I bought this iron less than a year ago and I’ve only used it twice and it has stopped heating up. Waste of money.
