Update Brabantia, after contacting them directly, stands by its products and is addressing the issue. I am updating my rating to a 3 to reflect such. Wayfair was of no help though. We installed our rotary dryer this afternoon. A line snapped without anything hanging on this particular line. Wayfair customer service was of absolute zero help. I will try to fix it. I would not purchase this again without having extra line and ends in hand. A score of ZERO for customer service on Wayfair’s end.
