This ironing board cover does exactly what it says. I bought a new steam generator iron recently and found there were a lot of water drops on the floor when ironing. Having read the reviews, I purchased this item which has a thick triple layer of protection. It works with not a drop of water seeping through even on the highest steam level. It is the most expensive of the Brabantia covers but I would rather pay the higher price for the protection. I would definitely recommend this item.

Very easy to fit smoothly. Makes ironing easier and more efficient without water dripping on the floor from the steam iron. Love the simple and neutral design.
