No way cheap looking and poor quality

This product had so much potential, however the build quality is not good. The wood pieces kept cracking when we put the screws in and the final product did not feel sturdy at all. The knobs on the cabinets look and feel cheap. They don't keep straight. The drawers that hold the shoes are very tight. They don't fit my husbands size 13 shoes (US) at all and with my shoes, and even my 4 y/o son's shoes, get bent on the top of the shoes. The drawers shift when they are opened or closed, and so the drawers are not aligned when they are all closed. It is very frustrating to look at when you have OCD, and it takes a lot of effort to align them. The top drawer doesn't close fully despite aligning the rail several times. Also, it holds far less than 15 pairs comfortably, unless you squish everything in.
