received and returned two linen cabinets due to unacceptable damage to the product. The second shipment received had to most definitely be shipped to me with known damage because the box was not damaged to the degree that the item inside was. I only unpacked three panels and all three were damaged and unusable. Photos attached. Your Customer Service reps were top notch and very helpful.

This item is junk. Has damage on a lot of the parts and Wayfair wouldn’t make it right.

Crooked in some parts. The top cabinet doors do not align. There is a small gap down the two doors. It’s also really wobbly.

I watched two professional contractors/builders take a bathroom down to the studs - rebuild it - create a custom shower - rearrange plumbing and electrical and yet, I also watched them grow in major frustration over the assembly of this cabinet. Needless to say, I had to laugh. It was like watching Laurel and Hardy. But in their defense... the instructions that came with the cabinet were all wrong. The cabinet was constructed in two parts - the bottom and the top. The bottom put together with no issues but the top - well, that was a different story. The instructions said the pieces went a certain way, but the predrilled holes said otherwise. Finally, they tossed the instructions and put it together the way the holes demanded. Even then the holes were not quite right, and they had to drill other holes to make the doors fit (and they still do not fit perfectly but at least the holes line up). Also, there were quite a few dings and chips caused by ill packing. Most were inside the cabinet, so it was not a big issue. One drawer front's decorative panel was off center causing a big gap where the pieces were attached. I was disappointed in the craftmanship of this cabinet. I was expecting more considering I spent $500 on this piece. I bought this piece on a wing and a prayer as it didn't have any reviews at all. I just really liked the way it looked and took a chance. I did not send it back because basically the bathroom design was built around this cabinet's measurements. Live and learn. But my contractors were able to get it together satisfactorily and it serves my purposes. All-in-all it doesn't look bad. 4/1/2024 Wow - had to check back on this cabinet. Wayfair, shame on you. I paid nearly $500.00 for a cabinet that was shotty to say the least and now you have dropped the price to $280.00? Even at $280 it's not really worth it. Buyer beware.

It was thrown at my door step and fell apart before I could get it put together, and when its moved it wobble out of square. The wife hated,poorly manufactured.
