Ok so first of all? This deck box is huge! You can fit two average sized people in it. It holds A TON of stuff. Patio pillows, pool toys, BBQ supplies, gardening supplies.....etc. Everything fits in here. It was a little difficult to put together, the directions are a bit vague... but once we figured it out it was fine. The top pops open and stays open and the hinges allow an easy close. Buy it!

I ordered the 400 gallon deck box and it's huge - there is more than enough space in this chest for all of my deck furniture pillows. The box is lightweight, largely because its made of plastic which is great for the outdoors although it feels a bit flimsy to me, like the sides of the box are going to fall off. Not sure how this will hold up to the elements but for now it's serving its purpose. Super easy to put together as well which is a plus. Only real issue is that there was a bit of damage likely in the factory, where one of the plastic screw holes was broken off. This meant that I couldn't secure the metal track in one spot. I don't think this had a big affect on the storage function but annoying nonetheless.

Perfect for our pool deck storage. Fits all of our pool accessories and more. I sprayed the metal and plastic with a waterproof spray since it will be out in the elements. Love how it has the hydraulic struts that keep it open when you’re getting something out of it. No chance of getting knocked out by the top when getting something out. The gray is more of a tan but it goes well with our pavers.
