Although it is beautiful in photos and even in the box, upon inspection I must have gotten a dud. One faux leather strap was coming away from the dome, the bottom boards were not aligned, the lock was askew and so it looked rather silly although it wasn't broken, if that were the only problem I feel it could have been bent into place and likely been okay if it did not break. I sadly returned it for a full. It's gorgeous and I really wanted it but too much was wrong with the trunk I received. I think it's beautiful and I know so many have received theirs in great condition I'm sorry mine was not.
