I live in the palm springs area so it will last almost a year in these weather conditions. The next Quality level last a year and a half. So bought this one again and saved about 30 Bucks. Pros: Fits well. Cons: Does not do well in the heat.

Overall this trailer cover was fine. I was hoping for something that seemed a bit thicker but so far it is holding up so we will see what happens over the winter.

Pleasantly surprised, heavy duty fits perfectly. You never know when you are ordering online what the quality will be, this is very nice.
