I have not actually used the crates that I bought. I have only unpacked them. They look ideal for periodic lightweight storage: desk items, paper towels. When I snapped one into shape, a little piece designed to hold the side in place broke off. No big deal, I guess, since the crate still holds it shape. (BTW, I was not unusually rough in snapping it open. The piece, designed to hold the side in place, was thin.) I knew that they would not be heavy duty and I knew that studier ones are available. This crate is useful for what I want, but I am a little cautious about ordering more. I will see how the others hold up.

Being from Europe where we use the Clever Crates for pretty much everything that needs organizing and transporting, I can not tell you how happy I am to finally being able to buy the Clever Crates in California. The groceries stay neatly organized in the back of my car and when I am done, the Clever Crates fold up and take only minimal space in my garage. Love the crates!

Bought these after returning others from a box box store. They are durable and exactly what I needed. Contacted customer service about an issue and they were very quick to respond to correct the issue. I will purchase this brand for all my future buys. Thanks

Saw the article in the LA Times and I had to get some of these. I ordered almost every size / style. If you're trying to figure out which size to buy, go with the 45L (or the solid side versions). They are significantly stronger / sturdier and not really that much more expensive. Overall products are great! I didn't realize they stack when folded down and when assembled.

These are perfect for the back of our car. Exactly as described.
