Product is not as customizable as I believed from the description. It is not easy to install as pieces need to be cut.

Installed in a couple of hours, but Closet Maid includes a bracket that is supposed to make installation easier. It doesn't. Holes are not 16 inches apart so you will either use mollies or drill holes in the bracket. We threw it away. Now, for the good stuff. The adjustable shelving was perfectly easy to customize for what we had to store and if things change, so can the shelving. It's really sturdy and, if you have a level and a drill, you can install it in about an hour.

Easy install with two people. Beware to hang higher in your space for two rows or clothes will rest on floor. Some of the plastic hooks were broken and directions were a little confusing. Great value overall.
