We had an issue when this first arrived. Parts were missing and some pieces were a little chipped. But Wayfair reached out to manufacturer on our behalf and the missing pieces were overnighted to us. Appreciated the quality customer service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This closet system is really neat, its kind of like a build your own version! So far i love the soft close draweres and the amount of closet space it freed up. The quality of the materials itself werent the best but it still looks amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This closet kit exceeded our expectations. It did take a while to install, however, the instructions were really good. Probably took 3-4hrs total (this included removing our old shelving). It had multiple installation options. Very customizable depending on your needs. Our kit came with 48” shelves that would not work for our install. So we cut them down and made shelving for each side of the cabinet. Turned out very nice and very sturdy if you follow instructions correctly. I added pictures of after the install, and the very last picture is what we had before. I love the soft close drawers, and the finish of it. It matches the furniture in the bedroom perfectly (not that it matters because it will be in the closet behind doors). It is super nice, very well made. Highly recommend this closet kit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this closet system!!! Easy to put together with step by step instructions. Couldn’t believe the drawers are soft close! This has doubled the capacity of my closet and I’m considering doing this to my others. The appearance is a perfect match for my grey walls with white trim. Once built and installed it all secures to the wall with plenty of anchors. Very stable/ solid construction. Couldn’t be happier!!
