The first closet shipment boxes came in damaged, you could see dinged and scratched boards. I called Wayfair and just wanted to return and cancel. I was reassured by customer service that they will informed FEDEX of the problem and to be careful with the reship. I just received the 2nd shipment and is is also damaged. You can see panels from the damaged box. My husband and I decided to cut our losses and only do one closet because we are now worried about the quality of the product based on how we received it. I am going to have a local closet company do my 2nd closet even though I will have to pay considerably more money but at least I will know the quality I will be getting. I called customer service to cancel my large closet order and was told that I would have to pay a re routing fee even after speaking to a manager explaining my reasons. She said I could pay the 140 for rerouting or pay more if it’s delivered and I try to return it. Yes they reassured me that this will ship intact since it’s through Wayfair but I just can’t believe it after it happen twice. I just don’t trust the quality of the products I purchased. I now believe you get what you pay for. Yes Wayfair has the best prices but that also speaks of it’s quality. I just purchased 4 great priced kitchen island stools, they look nice but it’s poor quality when there is a slight rock to it because one leg is just slightly shorter. I will never shop with Wayfair again because 1) the principle of having to pay for canceling my order even though my reasons we’re justified. 2) You get what you pay for in regards to quality.

Good product. Doesn’t have a sold back which we were disappointed to see.

Once assembled this look great but make sure your the space measure correctly. The directions are very unclear but if you take your time you can make it work. I love the finish work but this probably how hard it was to assemble. It has a luxury feel once completed so it worth the money you spend.
