I recived the package with used manual book and major structural cracks. I attempted to resolve this for 3 days. The merchant refused to send replacement parts and refused a partial refund. They demanded I return the item which is 100lbs insisted I purchase my own professional shipping crates and boxes, which is an unreasonable cost for a defective item. When I asked for a supervisor or a case number, they kept the chat active without responding , and blocked my account from starting new chats , I had to contact my bank

Looks beautiful I love the tone of the wood but the sliding doors are a little difficult to open and close

Its a beautiful piece, It heavy, but the supports are plastic and its most definitely particle board. its VERY difficult difficult to slide the doors and they will pop off the back at times. I would probably buy it again... but maybe not as such a frequently used/utilized/accessed piece.

Color looks exactly as pictured. Easy to assemble, directions were easy to follow. I highly recommend. The quality is nice as well.
