Cardwell 7 Piece Novelty Accent Shelf with Set

These have to be the worst shelving units I have ever bought, and I have put many together in my life. The joins between shelves did not fully tighten, leaving gaps and un-squared, lop-side surfaces. There was nothing I could do get them to sync up correctly; terrible design and engineering. See attached photos. At $155 a piece (and I bought two), I could have done better by going to Wallmart. DO NOT PURCHASE THESE! You will be disappointed, but only after you spend a couple hours putting them together to realize they or poorly made.

I bought 2 of these. Had to throw one away because the directions were not clear, and the boxes did not come out correctly and crooked. The second one came out perfect but at the expense of throwing out the first.

I absolutely love it. Exactly what I ordered and exactly what I needed. Shipping was super fast!

This is a great addition to my house, I must say. My husband does not like easily. Whenever I get stuff, mostly his responses are ignoringly neutral. For this one, he asked me if I paid a fortune. Once I told him the price, he checked the shelf on the wall and said our son did a good job assembling. Sturdy, chic and great for value. Love it! Even our cat loves it.

There is no instruction in the package and the quality of the hardware is not good, caps don’t snap on, keep falling off. Picture looks good but the actual product doesn’t.

I like the style of this shelf and the color. But, it is very unsturdy. After re-tightening all of the screws for the third time, it still was never getting together tight enough to make it not wobble. I’m not 100 sure I will even hang it. But it was easy to put together and I did like the fact that they put in colored caps to cover the screw fronts.

The shelves are really nice and pretty easy to put together. Shipping was fast. The only issue and the reason for my 4/5 star review is when it comes time to hang them. There are no predrilled holes to fasten the shelf brackets that are included to hang the shelves with. I’m going to have to find somebody else to attach the brackets and hang the shelf as I’m not confident in my abilities to drill a hole without messing up the shelf.

Great addition to our new home!! This shelving system is really nice. Having just purchased our home we're adding things a bit at a time, and this fit in perfectly. The instructions included were very good, easy to follow and that made assembly smooth and easy. I would highly recommend this shelf to anyone.
