Boîte à bijoux

I really like this jewelry box. It fits all my jewelry along with some other small items. The only concern I have is that in order to open the drawers, you need to lift the top and open the sides and then pull the drawers. This means nothing can be placed on top of the box unless you don't mind moving it. The color is more on the red side (cherry wood?) rather than the brown the picture indicates.

This jewel box was beautiful. It was bought as a gift for my daughter, unfortunately, it was a little bit too small and I returned it.

I have had this jewelry box for years and have truly appreciated how much jewelry it stores. I don't need the jewelers boxes anymore. Everything is in my jewelry box. It goes with my cherry furniture, is beautiful to look at, and has a key to lock for safety.
