Porte-vélos mural unipolaire RS6300

Jai été obligé de mettre une vis sur la pole principale puisque les grappins glissent le long de la pole et fait tomber le velo....

This is a terrible product from DesignsBy Delta that is also dangerous to use. I searched for a bike hangers for my finished garage to take the bicycles off the floor and also have them safe from damage. I went thru the process of finding the right place to hang the 2 bikes, find the stud, drill the holes, and mount the bag that was part of the hanger. Looked great and sturdy up to that point. Then I put the arms on the bar as per the instuctions just as the instructions stated. I proceeded to hang my bike and got off the ladder when the bike began to slide slowly down the pole. The hangers that wrap around the pole were sliding down the pole with nothing to hold them in place. I grabed my bike before it fell off and hit my car. I tried to figure out any other way it would work and no other options. Called Wayfair and was told past 30 day return policy. No help offered by Wayfair. The Item has a lifetime warranty by Designs By Delta, the company that sells this item thru Wayfair. I contacted Designs By Delta and after several emails, no one gets on the phone anymore, was told to put the rack back on the wall so they could see via pictures that they item was faulty. I told them I already had it on the wall, damaging the wall with holes and marks and would not hang it again. They said the best they could do, after many emails and days of going back and forth, They would not honor their lifetime warrant, but would give me a 15% discount on my next Designs By Delta product. Why would I in my right mind buy another product from Designs By Delta as well as Wayfair after all this. No honor of lifetime warranty, no customer service from either company and a defective product that is useless that cost me $70.00. Buyer be aware..............

Received a bike rack, just not the one pictured and advertised. Similar, but not the same color or brand.
