Sadly Wayfair only sent me the center items. So sad they didn’t send everything to put this up in two closets. They also sent me two other colors I didn’t ask for. Again, so sad. I may never buy again from Wayfair.

Very unhappy with the this product, broken drawers, glue opened. Cabinets on wall not securely fastened when assembled. I had add so many supports to keep everything from shifting side to side. Please send me another top drawer, the other broken ones I taped up.

Super frustrating to put together and definitely does not end up looking as nice as the photos. It’s not the worst but definitely not worth the price tag

Great design for our new closet renovation. We were able to easily cut it down to fit the focal wall between the two corner units. Absolutely love these closet units from Wayfair!

I bought this closet system, and just one day later, the price dropped by nearly 100. The package was not even shipped yet, so I tried to ask for a price match, but of course, they don’t allow that. Then, when the closet system arrived, they sent the wrong color for the top drawer, and it even had the wrong handle. I reached out to Wayfair, asking for a replacement and a partial refund because this mistake is on their end, and the price is much lower now. Given the inconvenience and the fact that I paid 500 to have it professionally installed—only to discover that it can’t even be installed as it is—I think a 20 refund would be reasonable and fair. Their response, though, was simply to offer a drawer replacement and a 10 discount code for my next purchase. Really I can get a 10 discount on Wayfair’s website anytime. This feels like a dismissive response and doesn’t reflect respect for their customers.
