Not the good value for that price

It's terrible...had to ask for replacement parts numerous times. If they could just package the items properly, this could so easily be avoided, yet I see a long history of people needing replacement parts. Had I have known what a pain this was going to be, I would never had purchased this closet organizer.

Easy to install and overall very pleased with how they turned out. Looks great and very functional.

Cheap particleboard

Fantastic! We built a new space for the Master closet adding the laundry area to the closet. My husband assembled the entire 3 pieces of our configuration in less than 8 hours, the room is 10x 8. He is a builder and was amazed with the ease of installation, how adjustments were easily made as well as the quality of the overall product. It al shipped earlier than expected, on one pallet and in great shape. We also love that Dotted Line is a Michigan made product and the quality is excellent. I don’t hesitate to recommend this closet system to all of my friends .

Looks great..stores lot of clothes

Worse system and cheap quality! Not only did they ship all 3 drawers damaged they didn’t include the 2 (48) rails to hang the unit. Nightmare and then having worker to leave to job because all pieces weren’t in the package.
