I received this order almost 3 months ago and it had damaged shelves. They’ve sent out replacement shelves twice to the wrong address and I have a closet system that is useless…. I have spent more time on the phone with their call center explaining the situation over and over. At this point, I’ll be ordering a new closet system from elsewhere and eating the cost of this because I’ve given up.. I’ve been a long time customer of Wayfair and spent thousands of dollars, this will definitely be the last time I ever order anything from them. Horrible experience with Wayfair!!
