Sent me what seemed to be a returned package that they just turned around a shipped out prior to inspecting. Missing parts and even directions on something not even related. After reporting to Mayfair the issue they "sent replacement parts". This was never sent and tried to say they original tracking was new. Finally about a month later was sent via postal ground the correct items ordered originally. All in all after many correspondence a good product, but horrible vendor and replacements should have been sent much faster. Would not recommend this vendor.
