These are used to attach straps and handles to bags. The rings work well on all styles of bags, purses, totes, and messenger bags. Simply loop the strap/handle through one side of the ring and stitch; loop a fabric tab through other side of ring and secure to the bag. Or, attach a swivel hook to the strap and connect to the ring to make a removable strap.
