Horrible packaging and had 2 sent and both damaged. Wayfair work well with us just damaged product.

The shelves had damaged parts and missing nuts and bolts.

Very heavy piece of furniture. The steel parts were lined up well, but some of the carriage bolts were difficult to screw in and definitely required two people. It came with missing carriage bolts but they sent a whole replacement so I had extra parts then. Other than that very nice quality.

I really like the look of the shelf, and I feel this would work in many different areas. This was well packaged and i was surprised to find that one of the brackets were bent. I was able to pound it back so it was realigned. I like how you can self-level the feet so the shelve fits in spots that are the mostly level like in commercial or industrial type settings.

The boxes arrived completed damaged, and some of the hardware was actually spread out on my porch. I ordered 2 of these, and EACH box, the hardware bag was broken & strewn everywhere. I’m missing bolts, small screws, and part of the shelving units are scratched. There’s also a random metal bar that was in one box, but not in the other, and has nothing to do with the shelving. I contacted wayfair, and the response? “Please contact the manufacturer directly.” Ummmm, wayfair, you sent these two boxes to me, and they arrived in the worst way possible, I can’t even finish putting the both together (this is for my store), & you’re telling me that I need to contact the manufacturer, from which you sent this item to me? That makes sense… don’t spend your money on this, way overpriced. I had to use extra tools to get it together, & it’s thin, the only heavier parts are the shelves. The nuts, where you have to screw the sides together, they bump up against one another, you need a small, opened ended wrench. The engineer that designed this probably designs where the oil filters on vehicles.
