Received the ugliest thing ever! Stripy cuboard! Completely not what u asked for. So disappointed as waited almost 3 weeks for it

A very disappointed experience! After 3 weeks waiting, our delivery date was changed at short notice meaning our neighbour had to receive our delivery including 2 heavy boxes that we had then to carry to our house. More importantly apart from the instruction book that seems correct, one of the 3 boxes which has the door were completely wrong! After a couple of hours unpack and then now repack for the return, we find ourselves need to pay the carrier fee for returning a wrong product!! My refund request is currently still under review.

loved the photo, when it arrived it was difficult to read the instructions as they were in German, the shelves for the shoes are too close together, I cannot fit boots into the cabinet. The door does not sit correctly at the bottom. Other than these issues, the design on the door is lovely.
