Corbeille ouverte en plastique 13 gallons Dwala

My so called 13 gallon trash can showed up. It’s not a 13 gallon but more like only a bathroom wastebasket. This trash can was supposed to go in my kitchen but now I’m having to return because of it being wrong advertised item. This is the 2nd time where I’ve ordered something and when receiving isn’t what item was actually supposed to be. Box was never opened because the size told me it wasn’t what the one that should be have.
