Total missed the mark!!! It wouldn't even let me leave a NO star review! I had to give them at least one star! I received the men's toiletry bag and Not the ladies' large capacity toiletry travel cosmetic bag that I ordered (pictured above)!! Then they had the audacity to tell me that they would send me the correct one at no charge to me! I have already paid for the correct item! Of course, it should be no charge to me!! Then they have the audacity to tell me that it would be at no shipping charge to me! I've already paid shipping once and not received the item that I ordered! It's Wayfair's fault that they sent the wrong item -- not mine! Of course they should pay shipping as I've already paid it once! And, I had needed the bag for this weekend -- now it will be eleven (11) more days before I receive the bag -- they won't even expedite the order to correct their mistake! That's my review!
