Filled with scratches and dents. Requested another one after Wayfair had me upload pictures to prove it. I received another one filled with dents and scratches inside the poorly taped box with broken pieces of styrofoam! Clearly both times I received someones return! Shame on you!

The rack fits my space perfectly. It looks just like the picture I love the matte black it’s very pretty. Sturdy and it holds a lot for the size!

a bit pricey but not pricier than other racks. Assembled easily, nice finish. The steel arms are too small for the frame so there is constant clanging. Using a makeshift shim. Also edges can be sharp. Would have been good fo rthe manufactured to files or cover the edges.

Sturdy, simple and easy to put together.

Came slightly damaged if used a couple of times then returned. Luckily it is hidden in the room. Way fair gave us a discounted refund which we were satisfied with.

Solid, well-made and looks great. Assembly instructions didnt show where to install the second plate with four holes in it. Once I figured out it went underneath the main base plate it was easy to put together and its very stable and holds a lot of clothes.
