Very disappointed with this product due to shady business practices. First, when I received this product it came in a giant cardboard box where the packaging was haphazard and sloppy. There were no foam cutouts or proper wraps put on the product. Therefore, one of the main pieces arrived damaged as soon as I pulled it out of the box. There's a piece of paper in the box that says if you have a problem, call this number. Well, the number doesn't work. It says the phone system isn't working anymore. They re-direct you to send an email to their HOTMAIL address. But they still haven't replied to my inquiry. The other method to contact them is What'sApp? No thanks, all of these methods suggest a very amateur, low-cost operation. I asked if I could receive a replacement part for the single piece. No, they have to ship me an entirely new box with every single piece included. The box is HUGE. It's not something you can simply keep in storage unless you have a massive garage. If all the pieces had arrived intact, I suppose the product would be fine, except the instructions are not great and they all suggest "professional assembly." If the product had included better packaging it would have been fine. But it was sloppy, thrown together, and I bet even if they shipped me a new box it would arrive damaged. Do not buy this product.
