I've had this box for a year and it's already falling apart. The inside frame has pulled away from the PVC, so the lid doesn't shut. The description also stated the lid could hold 1,000 pounds. It couldn't even handle one year as a box that closes -- even though we never placed anything on the top. I wrote today asking for help with a replacement or repair (it did cost me more than $300), only to get a hard no. This will be the last time I shop Wayfair, and I have other bad experiences including missing parts, missing directions and inflexible return policies. Buyer beware. I will also add the lid isn't the same color, now. It's bleached from the sun, and I believe this box isn't worth the effort. While Wayfair has many things to order, the customer service is awful after the sale.

Excellent box, easy to put together and looks nice.

Glad we got the 230 gallon box. All the cushions fit! My husband and I (in our 70’s) put it together shortly after it arrived. Pleased with the volume and strength of this deck box. Directions were straight forward! It does give off an odor. We aired ours outdoor a few days. when a strong rainstorm came we stored the cushions safely inside.

Box arrived on time but was damaged. Tried using the 'AI' tool to communicate the problem/damage. Seemed to work, but haven't received replacement parts yet. As of Tuesday (2/11) I've not received the replacement part that I've asked for twice. It is the Part A in the parts list and it ripped/torn in the connection of sides in Part A. Likewise, we've received no feedback whatsoever from you (Wayfair) about why we didn't received a replacement for the defective part from our first request, and now no information or contact about our 2nd contact and request for the part (again, it's Part A by the way). It would be one thing if we received acknowledgement of this problem and had to wait longer, but we've not received any communication from Wayfair. Please...please let us know and send us the replacement part we have respectively requested. Thank you in advance.
