Isn’t level, but you get what you pay for . If given a choice to do-over I would not purchase

I wish I knew the dimensions of the drop down before buying! It is not what I thought it was, but it is good for its intended purpose. I wish it would have stated the dimensions for the drop down panel. It is 15in x 8.75in. So if you have a really small sewing machine, it will work fine. Also, it is a little misleading. The panel doesnt drop and hide away the sewing machine. It drops down a max of 5.5in. So it is meant for dropping the sewing machine down so the table is level with the needle plate. So, it definitely works for that purpose for a small machine (you can see in the picture, there is no way I will be able to use the drop down feature). I have a Juki workhorse, so its not really what I wanted. But the lower shelf is big enough to fit my Juki, so I can have a fold out sewing machine desk and a place to hold my machine. Not exactly what I was looking for, but the price was decent. Ill probably gift it to my sister (who has a compact singer, so this would be perfect) and upgrade to something that has a full drop down big enough for my Juki.

For small spaces, this was a genius idea ! Bonus points for the inside shelf for holding an iron and the sewing machine/ thread rolls.
