I'm giving this 4 stars only because out of the box it was awesome. We've used it one season and noticed that the poles come out of the connections, but I guess that could be expected. If you're expecting something permanent, this may not be it as I do think either the netting will tear, or the poles will bend permanently. My husband puts our brush across the top, and it does seem to bend a little when he does that because it's heavier. It works for now...
