Shame on me for not opening and checking all parts were shipped. I received 301 and just getting around to putting the unit together and I’m missing one panel 12. I’m praying when I call tomorrow I’m able to get the missing panel with no issues, even if I have to pay for it, otherwise it’s scrap wood.

Just got this beautiful shoe cabinet. It was easy to put together, strong, durable and looks great in my foyer. It not only has storage for shoes; it also has a drawer. Great for mail, keys etc. I'm super excited to begin using it.

Sturdy piece of furniture, very heavy w/great drawer glide and soft door close! Also very attractive piece of furniture. Just be aware that it is much darker wood than it appears in the picture! I was disappointed in the color, but the storage is great and the appearance w/ the design on the doors and gold handles is still very nice! It took approximately 2.5+ hours to unpack, organize parts and assemble! It does hold at least 20 pairs of shoes which is great!!

Bought this as an open box item. I knew the condition probably not gonna be perfect but it was worse than I thought. The packaging was horrible. But it was open box so it was understandable. Several parts were defective. I don’t know if they were reason why the last person returned it or they broke them then returned it. Luckily I had the tools to fix them and put everything together nicely. But I will not risk it to buy open box items anymore.

Nice piece. Assembly wasn’t terrible with 2 people. Drawer face had a few imperfections but I didn’t want to bother returning.

While this seemed ideal, the doors fell off due to poor quality and structure within the first week.

Very beautiful, well-crafted, and unique color. I was able to fit twenty pairs of size 7.5 shoes. The extra drawers are definitely a good addition; you can store socks and stockings in them.

Two things that caused me to rate this experience as a 'three-star' event: (1) the QR link to the assembly video didn't lead to the exact model of shoe cabinet that I purchased, and the video speed was so fast that it was hard to ascertain the assembly process; (2) I'm sorely disappointed that the actual color of the cabinet is MUCH darker than depicted in the website photos. If the color had matched the website photo, the cabinet was a close fit with the furniture in our house, but it stands out for the extreme difference in color.

Very sturdy little cabinet. Not to difficult to assemble although it’s taking me three days with breaks but I’m almost 73 years old so I’m sure a younger person could have done it quicker. Pictorial directions are very good. Only suggestion I have is to label screws and other fasteners a little more plainly. Quantity alone was a little confusing but I figured it out. Overall very pleased
