Smoothmove Classic Box (Set of 8)

What can I say I really love these boxes!! I bought small, medium large. Super easy to assemble and the boxes are very sturdy.

These boxes are sturdy, just the right size, and stack great. The lids, while a bit of a pain to construct in quantity, make loading and unloading a breeze. My one complaint is that occasionally attempting to tear off the lid portion of the box would create a tear, and there were a few boxes in the shipment that were not glued together properly and so could not be used.

I've had to move multiple times in recent years and the SmoothMove Classic has been my go-to moving box for each and every residential relocation. They're extremely easy to assemble, they've held up against some very heavy possessions, and the fact that they allow you to save on tape is a wonderful bonus. Highly recommend for anyone hoping to facilitate their move.

I've always used Bankers Box for my office moving and storage needs. This time I used these boxes for my personal move, and I couldn't be happier. The boxes are super sturdy and easy to assemble. The front content square makes it super easy to identify the contents and easy to get the right box into the right room. I wish the boxes had a cushion of some sort on the handle as it hurts to pick up the boxes when full. I have to wear gloves so the cardboard doesn't cut into my fingers. I'll be able to use them for storage, too, because the boxes didn't crush or break down like the cheaper versions. Always worth the price. I'm a Bankers Box customer for life.

This is a great product. Easy to assemble. You do have to use tape and they are reusable. Which is great. There are many uses for these boxes and they fold flat for storage.

for general moving boxes, these work great. The handles work just fine for normal items and the box itself is sufficiently strong. Would and will likely buy some more.

Honestly at this point I don't know why there are even other box styles. Last time I moved I used regular boxes along with a couple bankers boxes I was given from work and the bankers boxes are superior without any doubt. They're stronger, stack more securely, because of a more standardized size they store and pack into vehicles better. There is literally no downside to them except maybe price, but given that I intend to use some for storage and flatten the others for later use I have no problems justifying that.

I rarely, rarely write reviews, but this time a review is merited. I purchased the banker's box medium boxes, and they are just what we needed. We are in the process of moving out of our house after having lived here for half a century. Because we are in our 70s and have accumulated so much STUFF, it takes a long time to go through everything. Meanwhile, we have to live here and continue to access things we need. The banker boxes are perfect. They have convenient lift-off lids, so we can get to our stuff if needed. When we finally finish this project, we'll tape up the boxes and be out the door to our new adventure. Previously, we were taping and untaping boxes as we remembered we needed something. This has eliminated that problem and stopped the nagging. :) By the way, they are super sturdy.

I have been buying Bankers Box's for file archive/storage as the small size is a perfect fit for hanging file folders. I am in the process of organizing all sorts of things stored in the basement and purchased plastic storage shelves to keep boxes organized and off the concrete floor. I prefer Bankers Box because they are easily put together without tape (and conversely can be flattened to store for reuse afterwards), easy to carry with built-in handle holes, and removable lids are perfect for easy access of stored items. I was delighted to find these larger dimension boxes (18x15x14) because they fit two boxes per shelf and left little unused space on my shelves. These boxes are not as sturdy as other traditional heavy duty boxes when stacking on top of each other, so this must be considered if stacking heavy boxes is involved. Directions pictorial is not very clear on your first attempt but once you realize the proper steps they are easily assembled (seems counter-intuitive to tuck the bottom in first before the sides but you will understand when you turn it over, pull the sides up, and then push the bottom back down).
