DO NOT PURCHASE!! The item left stains on both our carpet and our concrete on our front porch. I reached out to customer service who wanted me to return the item for a refund, but the shipping cost would be taken off of my refund. No care in the world that permanent damage was done to our brand new build both inside outside. Had to pay for the kids playroom to have a new section of carpet to get rid of the stain. Even hired carpet cleaners to try and get the stain out which was unsuccessful. This item costed way more that the advertised price with having to pay for carpet cleaners carpet. And could cost more to repair the front porch stain but we don’t want to pay thousands to have our brand new concrete replaced. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE! Would give this item and customer service zero stars if I could.
