Instructions are very confusing. I was also missing several crucial parts for the assembly and was unable to erect the structure without jerry rigging with other spare parts I had laying around. Overall, I think it's sturdy and reliable, but I'm lowering my score because Wayfair was not willing to help me get the missing pieces replaced.
