MagickWoods Elenis 14 W X 17 D X 49H Graphite Grey Linen Cabinet

This is my replacement item from the first delivery. This time the item came in much better condition than the first time but there was still very noticeable damage upon arrival as shown in the pics. Its still useable but this item is obviously not packaged good enough to protect it from being damaged during Fedex delivery. This item needs to be packaged better and should arrive undamaged for the purchase price paid for it. I calles the company and they gave me a 25% partial refund for the minor damage on the item and for the convenience to make it right. Although shipping care needs improvements I experienced great customer service!

What a mess. A lot of the plastic hardware for the drawers and shelf was broken or missing. All the drawer fronts had fallen off. Several corners are chipped. The box indicated this was manufactured in 2019 and it clearly has had a hard life since then. The whole reason I selected this item was that it was supposed to not require assembly. Don't buy this unless you're willing to take on a project.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM! First unit arrived damaged… replacement unit arrived damaged. The top was crushed on both, and the drawer slide mechanism was either terrible quality or damaged in transit too. Wayfair was incredibly helpful for the replacement and ultimate refund, but the product itself is an absolute ‘steer clear’.

I purchased two linen cabinets and both of them were damaged. I was issued a refund which was good but Wayfair did not want the cabinets returned. I paid to have the cabinets delivered to a room in my house. I now have two heavy cabinets in a bathroom and no way to remove them. I live in a rural area without any access to places that might pick up the items as a donation. It is doubtful that I even will be able to find a junk removal service to pay to have them hauled away. Very disappointed and will not order anything from Wayfair again.
