This was a Christmas gift that just arrived on 1/20 so of course I was already disappointed. Needless to say, if you are looking for this to hold softballs do not order. Construction of it seems sturdy but I am disappointed that softball doesn’t fit.

I absolutely love this home plate–shaped display shelf! It’s the perfect piece for any baseball fan and looks even better in person than it did online. The wood has a beautiful, rich finish and feels very solid and well-made. It’s sturdy enough to hold multiple collectible rings and baseballs without any wobbling or sagging. The design is both unique and functional—the angled shape really makes it stand out as a statement piece on the wall, and the shelving layout works great for showcasing memorabilia of different sizes. It was easy to hang and fits perfectly in our sports-themed room. If you’re looking for a stylish and high-quality way to display baseball collectibles, this shelf is a home run. The item is beautifully crafted. It is sturdy and well done. Unfortunately it’s not of value to me. Not many people collect baseball rings, so I wish the pegs were removable so we could showcase baseballs from personal home runs or the ones caught in the stands. Still makes a solid decor in a kid’s room or a gift to your favorite coach.
