Broken Shelves in both packages. 2 shelves in one unit and 1 shelf in the 2nd. Wayfair has ordered 3 replacement shelves. Such a waste of time. These units are made from very cheap plastic. Not worth buying. On the positive side, I am very impressed with Wayfair's customer service. Connected quickly with a human, the representatives were polite, knowledgeable and took immediate action. Replacement Unit arrived within 3 days. I have updated the review from 1 to 2 stars. My comments are still valid. Customer Service gets 5 stars.

Perfect for the price. It’s pretty flimsy but I suppose that should be expected because it is plastic. Didn’t come with the pieces to screw it to the wall.

Very pleased with the shelving unit. Arrived in a timely manner and no defects. Easily assembled and very sturdy. I use it in my kitchen for pantry storage. Would recommend.
