I used this twice and just went to use again and it won't produce steam. It heats up, the light is on, but after pressing the button repeatedly, it just clicks and no steam comes out. Don't waste your money buying this.

It is easy to access and fill reservoir is large enough to complete large tasks with ample steaming time. It also heats up quickly so there is not waiting for the steam to build up and the pivoting cord makes it easy to steam every part of the garment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hamilton Beach Handheld Garment Steamer is lightweight and easy to use. After filling the water tank to the max fill line, the steamer heated quickly and was ready to use in under a minute. The pivoting cord makes it easy to maneuver the steamer. To determine how well the steamer would work, I used the steamer on a heavyweight shirt, khaki pants, a dress shirt, damask tablecloth, and insulated curtains. The steamer did remove the wrinkles on each item. After steaming, the items do not have the crisp look of items that have been pressed. Instead, the items have a relaxed look. Per the instructions, garments will have a relaxed appearance after steaming. The steamer can use tap water or distilled water. If you use tap water, you will need to follow the instructions to remove mineral deposits to keep the steamer functioning at its best. The instructions indicate that the water level should not go below the MIN Fill Line. However, there isn’t a MIN Fill Line that I could find. As I was using the steamer I was constantly checking to determine if tube in the water reservoir was still submerged. My rating of 3 on Design is because the MIN Fill Line is missing.
