[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to admit, I hoped to be WOWED by this but after several uses there are not many features that stood out against other irons. I did love the non-stick plate I thought it felt smooth during ironing. It performed as I assumed it would and did iron out the wrinkles as an iron does. The purple color was a cute accent. Cord was long enough to iron and move around the table as needed. Overall- good product, but pretty standard as far as irons go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all i love the color of the iron. Not that that really matters much. Ive never been one to oron clothes because its always a hassle and time consuming. Now i find myself using it more often then not. I love the long cord so i have room to move around. Once turned in it doesnt take long at all to heat up. I love theres an option for traditional iron or steam. It glides right iver the clothes so nice. Its easy to use and i highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am extremely content with the Hamilton Beach Steam Nonstick Soleplate Iron. It is very easy and quick to remove wrinkles. It has a self-cleaning feature and the soleplate is truly non-stick. The burst of steam is a great feature as well. We use the iron very frequently during the week for work clothes and this is a great iron.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used at high heat, steam for a cotton blouse. The eyelets needed several passes, because it's lightweight, the wrinkles did not come out easily and required several passes. The non-eyelet blouses ironed better, but it also required several passes to remove the wrinkles. Cord is long enough for most uses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item works great! I had no issues. It was easy to use and heated up quickly and performed as expected. The instructions were easy to read and understand and it's not too heavy or awkward. I like that it can steam items vertically for when using an ironing board would be inconvenient and unnecessary for a small job. I really love the purple color, too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quality product, easy to use, lightweight. Has a area for adding water which is easy to do and it easily dispenses when you need it by a press of a button. The cord is nice & long for all your reaching needs, the colorful is beautiful. Temperature control dial. I really like this iron and recommend it to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this iron for about a week now, and have used it twice to iron the dress shirts my husband wears to work daily. The instruction leaflet is bilingual (Spanish/English), with the Spanishh instructions first, and the warranty/customer service booklet is trilingual (English/French/Spanish, in that order). Preparing the iron for use is fairly easy, as most controls are clearly labeled, and the entire reservoir area is a translucent plastic, so one can easily see how much water has been added for steam ironing. No retractable cord here (but not an issue for me, as I have the space to leave my ironing board and iron permanently set up), but there is a non-stick soleplate (a feature which many more expensive irons lack, and very practical for preventing starch residue buildup). The one complaint I have is that, although the Spray & Blast buttons (the 2 large buttons just behind the dry/steam slider switch) have picture icons on them, it's never clearly explained which button is the Spray button & which is the Blast button. These aren't features I anticipate using frequently, however. As a basic steam iron, this is a very nice model, and the nonstick soleplate makes it a superior product to the far pricier iron (from a different manufacturer) which it is replacing. Recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This steam iron is amazing! Steam control, no dripping and temperature settings for different clothing pieces. The absolute best feature of this iron is the vertical steam option. It allows steaming of curtains and articles of clothing that are hung. The steam control button allows you to control the amount of steam needed for different pieces of clothing. It’s a simple iron to use and figure out quickly, which was great. It heats up quickly and the sole plate doesn’t stick to clothing when using at high temperatures.
