[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I rate the shed as having good quality, nice aesthetics, and a solid build. The wood pieces were packed well and in great shape. I was missing 1 trim standard piece but due to having many options (and pieces needed) to trim the 2 x doors, I reused the pieces from the option I didn't choose so all was well.
The instructions could be improved. You read them nights ahead of the build to get familiar with it and still had some head-scratching mid build. The biggest issue for me was not all parts were stamped, and then the instructions would state to look for the pieces that are stamped vs. not and this resulted in me putting the roof panels on the floor initially. I'm sure any person used to construction would know those are roof panels and not floor but being the same size and both stamped, I made the mistake. My advice... after getting the parts, unpack, lay them out in groups and label them. I did this after my floor mixup.
Please prepare to drop some additional bucks for the foundation and roof. They state this as not included but I think I underestimated the cost. I did opt for a concrete slab though due to the extreme water/drainage I have in my neighborhood.
I did most of the build myself but you will need help to get this done in 1 weekend and for sure when it comes to hoisting up the walls and securing them. Note that the 10ft wall runs are made of 2 pieces I'm sure to make the package smaller to ship. But this makes the walls a bit more flimsy when transporting and hoisting so use caution. Guess you could BYOW and get a single run of 10ft if you like, but the headers are slanted to allow the roof to slope so just know that.
So overall a great shed just a long build, extra $ for the foundation and roof, and some parts of the instructions that confuse. I did have 2 neighbors see me building it and say they liked it and wanted to know where I got it. Works well too being in an HOA and needing it to "match" my home.
