This cabinet will serve its purpose reasonably well for us as it is out of the way and over the toilet. I doubt it would be able to accommodate routine, heavy use as the material is not solid wood and is of relatively flimsy wood composite.
I am a woodworker and chose to assemble this unit myself. The instructions were horrible, like trying to assemble from an Escher drawing! There were no written instructions, no warnings or cautions, regarding accurate placement for some of the assembled parts. The unit's parts were numbered with small adhesive labels, two of which had fallen off and required that I figure out from which part.
Consequently, I made two wrong moves that necessitated that I disassemble the entire unit to rectify my errors. The entire assembly process took (WAY too) many hair-pulling hours!
The price is low, but I would recommend that anyone purchasing this cabinet be very wary of any heavy use, and either pay to have Wayfair assemble it or have assistance if attempting assembly yourself! Other than that, it's pretty OK. Hope it's still strong after five years of use!
