Zero starts, whoever packed this hanging organizer, mailed me a returned item from another customer. It was already opened and loose pieces were in the bottom of the bag. Also, the screws are missing. I'm very disappointed.

As long as ur easy taking ur stuff in and out it’s nice. I’ve had one of the rubber bands pop out but can easily be put back in
