This is a very nice piece! It is a tight fit, but the measurements were spot on. It took me four hours to put together, but the instructions were clear. You definitely need a second person for at least two of the steps. It is sturdier than I expected, too. Very pleased!

Came fully disassembled so the unit required some work & time. Directions were very straight-forward, though. Everything lined up, as well. It was well-packaged, so mine arrived without any nicks or damages. Great product and once built, its nice and sturdy. Fit perfectly for my obnoxiously small guest half-bath!

DO NOT BUY FOR EASY ASSEMBLY. There are about 30 different wood pieces and different screws/parts A thru Q. So yeah definitely not easy. Took me 6-8 hours.

This is so right for a small bathroom. Fits perfect.
