Product came quickly and appeared to be packed well, but still had some chip damage on a corner on one of the side panels. It was easy to put together (about an hour) using the instructions provided. It looks great next to my other matching closet piece from this manufacturer and dimensions were spot on in order to work seamlessly together. One star off for the damage, but overall a nice complimentary piece to the closet system.
