GARBAGE. Many broken hinges. Screws are not staying in place. Metal rods broke apart from the rack. Not as advertised in size. It will actually only fit 8 pairs of shoes in total. Racks are not silver. They are painted gray. I am fed up with Wayfair and their cheap products.

If you’re looking for shoe racks, you know they are pricey. I like these from Honey Do, and they are value priced on Wayfair. However... one box arrived intact yet one corner of the rack was broken. The second box arrived open on one end and had a piece completely broken off. It’s not worth my time to return them, so I am using wood glue to repair and hoping for good results. The pictures on the box appear to show a finished type wood, but they are completely unfinished. Not an issue for me, but felt others may like to know. Honey Do does offer a warranty, but again I’m not looking to return. I did see this rack on a well known department store site listing retail of over $100. Even with a sale price and percent off they were way over priced. Way fair made them affordable and they did arrive in just a few days. Repair was simple enough, so 4 stars.

I went to put it together and they used cheap plastic shelf’s. I had to go out and get small nuts and bults to keep it from falling apart. When I put my shed on it. They sagged. Oils not hold the weight of my 3 pair of clogs

this was a terrible product. The holes do not match up so I will need to redrill and unscrew and redo all the hardware. then plug the old holes up

This product is very cheaply made. 3 of the mechanisms used to hold the racks were pulled out and the holes stripped. We tried to use putty to make them work but the wood is too porous to do anything. Waste of money.

The first one I received six of the plastic inserts were stripped and would not stay in place. Wayfair’s customer service is excellent and they were very quick to send me a new one

Quality is not high but it was also very cheap so responding to my need. I’m using it in a closet so don’t have to see it all the time. Would not have bought it if it was visible

It came in a really nice looking carton. Components required very minimal assembly... just snapping the shelving into the pre-assembled mounts. So it was a quick assembly. Funny part was I knew which side was to be up on the two sides based on the spacing. But they were not labeled. But in spite of this a day later I was looking at it and wondered why it leaned to one side. Then looking more closely I had on of the wood frames reversed and down instead of up. It was very simple to pull pins from that side, reverse the frame. The pins plugged right back in. Now the shelves are nicely horizontal and no lean. I have a number of shoes on it. One set is a heavy pair of work shoes. The unit seems pretty solid and holding them all nicely. I can't speak to long term. I am curious whether it will stand up for a number of years since the pins slide into plastic blocks screwed onto the frame. At this point I am pleased and would purchase it again. It has a very nice clean look and keeps a lot of shoes organized well on our landing at the front door. I give it 5 of 5 for looks, ease of assembly and functionality.
