It was easy to assemble. The size was perfect for the space I had in my small closet. However, I didn’t give it a 5-star rating because the bottom one gets stuck when I open it. It’s not because I installed it incorrectly it’s due to the way the wood underneath is made, and there’s not enough gap to allow it to open like the top one.

A lot of shoe organizers overstate how many shoes they can carry, I assume because they're using smaller shoe sizes. This can be a problem for me as I have fairly large feet. But in this case promises made promises delivered. A very solid product with clear assembly instructions and solid workmanship. I highly recommend it.

I was able to storage only 12 pair shoes, not the 16 you offer, this is false advertising.
