6 Pair Shoe Storage Bench

It is broken with one month of use. We don’t even use it that often. But day before yesterday when i was trying take my sleepers out of it . This whole thing came out along with it. It is worst than ever product i ever bought. Worst product

Cheep! The screws that come with the unit are too big and cause splitting. Other screws are too short and small for what they are used for. I will be amazed if it lasts a year. Purchased so our cats can eat on something high that our small dogs can not get on. Would never use it for what it is for as it would fall apart if anyone sat on it!!

I am totally disappointed with this product. It is extremely cheaply made . The thinly screws provided are not big enough to hold the drawer where the shoes are to be stored . After properly installing it , I added some shoes and the screws broke off . Now I need to return this product to you . Can you give me some guidance on how I do that .

It’s very portable which I like. The only thing is, I found the screw holding the door swivel a little weak. It came off the following day. I had to use my own longer screw and it has been good since then. I wouldn’t want to store heavy shoes in it just to be safe.

Arrived on time it look exactly what they described in website. If their instruction of menu more clear will be much better. This is what I find the problem from Wayfair

Looks really great but I took a star off because it doesn't fit the shoes properly.
