Solid Wood and Finish are beautiful. Pieces were carefully and individually packaged with no damage in shipping. Now the bad news: The instructions are very unclear. There are no pre-drilled holes to help know where to attach things. It's all guesswork. Be prepared to measure and saw shelves if space is not as lengthy as the pieces provided. Easily a 4 hour + job.

Absolutely love this closet module it’s my 2nd one!

I couldn’t be happier! We purchased 2 closet systems for our walk-in master closet and it’s a BIG upgrade. When my husband was putting everything together we realized one of the drawers was 16” vs 12”. I contacted John Louis as Wayfair directed and the customer service was exceptional. We should have the new drawer next week. Very nice people to deal with. This is the second time we’ve purchased the same closet system because the materials and finished product is unmatched.

The results were great, we love this closet system. If the instructions were in color and easier to see, we would have given this a 5 star. We were not able to use the glass doors due to us not considering the spacingclearance, they will not open once we install the closet door
